Elim Ministries began in Guatemala City under the guidance of Apostle Othoniel Rios Paredes, who, inspired by the Holy Spirit, expanded the gospel throughout Latin America and Europe. In 1996, Pastor Jorge V. Fuentes was sent to Los Angeles, California, to continue this vital work. Today, Elim Los Angeles serves as an oasis, teaching healthy doctrine that leads to a deeper encounter with God.
