Our Story

In 2008, Seattle Police Department Detective Kim Bogucki visited the Washington Corrections Center for Women, fostering trust between incarcerated mothers and their children. This pivotal moment led to the establishment of The IF Project, a collaborative initiative aimed at reducing incarceration and recidivism through personal storytelling and community engagement.

Our Impact

The IF Project focuses on holistic intervention, helping formerly-incarcerated individuals reintegrate into society while sharing their experiences to inspire change.
