Join the Movement to Protect Idaho's Trails

In 2010, a dedicated group of individuals recognized a pressing issue in Idaho’s backcountry: many trails were becoming impassable due to neglect and lack of maintenance. This small but passionate team began their journey by maintaining a trail in the Payette National Forest near McCall. What started as a simple volunteer effort has blossomed into a thriving community committed to preserving access to public lands and ensuring that Idaho’s incredible trail system remains open for all.

Making a Lasting Impact

In 2023 alone, 721 volunteers completed 74 trail work projects, showcasing the power of community engagement.
