For over 30 years, Idaho Drug-Free Youth Inc (iDFY) has been a leader in statewide substance prevention. The mission is to inspire young people to make positive choices and lead happy, healthy lives. By fostering acceptance and connection, iDFY helps students develop healthy coping skills, encouraging a substance-free lifestyle.
iDFY supports over 5,000 Idaho youth aged 12-18 each year, employing a universal approach to prevention. This initiative impacts both high and low-risk students, including those from rural and urban communities, as well as historically underrepresented populations like LGBTQ+ youth.
