Our Story

Founded in 1983 by MaryAnn Ford, the Intervention Center for Early Childhood (ICEC) began as a grassroots initiative to address the need for early start services in Orange County. Over the years, ICEC has evolved into a thriving nonprofit organization, expanding its reach with a satellite office in Irvine and consolidating clinics to better serve families.
