Our Story

ICCF Community Homes, the oldest nonprofit affordable housing provider in Michigan, has been transforming lives since 1974. What began with a single donated home has blossomed into a robust organization managing over 600 units of affordable rental housing. Volunteers play a crucial role in this mission, helping to renovate homes and provide essential services to low-income families.

Impact

In the 2022-23 period, ICCF engaged 201 residents in community-building events and helped 438 individuals complete homebuyer education. The organization opened 70 new housing units and supported 32 individuals in purchasing homes, demonstrating a strong commitment to housing justice.
