Our Story

ICCF Community Homes, the oldest nonprofit affordable housing provider in Michigan, has been transforming lives since 1974. What began with a single donated home has grown into a robust organization that serves over 2,000 households annually. With a commitment to ensuring that everyone deserves a safe and affordable place to live, ICCF manages over 600 rental units and offers vital homeownership education.

Impact

In the 2022-23 period, ICCF engaged 201 residents in community-building events and helped 438 individuals complete homebuyer education. The organization opened 70 new housing units and supported 32 homebuyers, all thanks to the dedication of 684 volunteers who contributed over 10,500 hours.
