Our Story
The Ibn Sina Foundation was established in 2001 by a dedicated group of Houston-area physicians and healthcare professionals. Named after the father of modern medicine, Ibn Sina, the foundation aims to enhance the availability and effectiveness of preventative and primary healthcare services for low-income and uninsured families. Over the years, ISF has expanded its reach, now operating seven community clinics across Harris, Fort Bend, and Jefferson counties, serving a diverse patient population.
