Our Story

The International Business Ethics Case Competition (IBECC) was founded in 1996 by Thomas I. White, with guidance from Fortune 100 executives. Initially a program at Loyola Marymount University, IBECC became an independent 501c3 in Massachusetts in 2019. The organization educates participants on the complexities of conducting business ethically, fostering a philosophical approach to ethical dilemmas across cultures.

Our Impact

IBECC equips students with essential skills such as teamwork and ethical analysis, evaluated by industry executives. The competition engages students in discussions about pressing ethical issues, often anticipating topics that gain traction in the business press.
