Dianne Reeves and Andrea Sesi, passionate volunteers, founded I Heart Dogs Rescue and Animal Haven in 2013 after recognizing the urgent need for a dedicated shelter. Their combined expertise in human resources, accounting, and dog training has fueled a mission to save lives and provide a safe haven for dogs in need.
