I Can Fly International

Our Story

I Can Fly International is dedicated to empowering vulnerable children and youth around the globe through education and justice initiatives. Inspired by the story of a 73-year-old woman in Kenya who never learned to read or write due to her gender, the organization has been fighting against early marriages, female genital mutilation, sexual abuse, child labor, tribal wars, illiteracy, and extreme poverty since 2005.

Impact

Since launching its youth initiative in 2008, I Can Fly International has provided quality education, rescue programs, shelter, meals, and enrichment activities to countless children affected by extreme poverty and harmful practices. The organization has a proven track record of breaking gender disparities and educational barriers.
