Founded by a trans man of color, I Am Human Foundation is dedicated to empowering the lives of LGBTQIA individuals. This organization creates safe spaces for those who are homeless, living with HIV, and trans youth, particularly focusing on individuals facing discrimination due to their lifestyle or gender identity. The mission is to dismantle societal barriers related to education, employment, healthcare, and housing, ensuring that all trans and gender non-conforming people are treated with dignity and respect.
