HUMANITARIAN RADIOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CORPS INC

The organizational mission is to improve medical care in poor parts of the world by applying our resources and expertise in medical imaging. We hope to create lasting improvement by building the local quality and capacity for healthcare with a strict eye to assuring the improvemnts can be autonomously sustained. Specifically, we build medical imaging capacity in poor countries by providing free equipment, free maintenance, free training, free clinical service deviopment and free clinical image interpretaion. All participants in the organization are volunteers not compensated for their work and recipients are non-profit hospitals/clinics.
