The Humane Society of Saginaw County was established in 1909 to combat cruelty and neglect towards animals. This no-kill, foster home-based rescue focuses on saving severely neglected, abused, and abandoned animals, ensuring they receive the care they deserve.

Serving over 18,600 low-income households, the Humane Society provides essential services like low-cost spay and neuter programs and Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. These efforts prevent thousands of unwanted animals from suffering and homelessness.
