Our Story

Founded in 1994, the Humane Society of Morgan County began as a passionate group committed to saving animal lives in Morgan County. In 2014, the move to a dedicated adoption center allowed HSMC to enhance its mission, saving even more lives and providing a safe haven for animals in need.

Every year, the Humane Society of Morgan County successfully adopts out over 400 dogs and cats, ensuring they receive high-quality care and compassion until they find their forever homes.
