Houston reVision is dedicated to breaking the cycle of juvenile justice involvement and homelessness among youth in the Gulfton/Sharpstown neighborhood of Southwest Houston, Texas. This area is home to a diverse population, primarily consisting of Hispanic, immigrant, and refugee families. With the highest population density in the city, many of the youth served by reVision face significant challenges, including trauma, isolation, and a lack of supportive resources.

Impacting Youth Through Community Connection

Since its inception in 2012, Houston reVision has connected thousands of youth with caring adults, mentors, and life-changing resources. The organization provides essential programs such as mentoring, case management, and educational support for teens facing difficulties in school, juvenile detention, or the adult prison system. With a focus on BIPOC youth and those from refugee backgrounds, reVision is uniquely positioned to address the needs of this vulnerable population.
