Our Story

Housing Initiatives of Princeton was born from a compassionate response to a neighbor in need. When a parishioner discovered a woman living in his church, local congregations united to help her find a permanent home. This spirit of community support led to the establishment of HIP, dedicated to helping neighbors thrive.

Impact

In the summer of 2023, a Long Term Impact Study revealed remarkable outcomes from our Transitional Housing program. Every graduate interviewed is safely housed, with half actively volunteering in their communities. All report improved financial stability and enhanced academic support for their children, showcasing the transformative power of HIP's assistance.
