Our Story

Founded in 2018, Housing for All Mount Pleasant is dedicated to creating affordable housing solutions for individuals and intergenerational families in Mount Pleasant and surrounding areas. The organization focuses on supporting essential community workers, including teachers, healthcare professionals, and first responders, who face challenges in affording housing due to rising costs.

Our Impact

With a successful initiative that facilitated the purchase of 36 townhomes in the Gregorie Ferry Townhomes project, 78% of buyers are women, with an average age of 35. The goal is to create 1,000 affordable homes and apartments to meet the community's growing needs.
