Established in 2013, Housing First Steps Forward addresses chronic homelessness in the Tampa Bay Area by providing housing and services for the most at-risk homeless population in Hillsborough County. Utilizing a Housing First approach, individuals are moved directly from the streets into permanent supportive housing.
