Founded in 1972 in the Hell’s Kitchen/Clinton neighborhood of Manhattan, Housing Conservation Coordinators (HCC) is dedicated to preserving affordable housing and advancing social and economic justice for low-income and working families. Over the years, HCC has adapted to meet the changing needs of tenants, providing essential legal and technical services, tenant organizing, and community support.
