Founded in 1993, Prospera is dedicated to addressing the critical shortage of quality, affordable housing for low-income individuals, families, seniors, and persons with special needs in South Texas. By acquiring multi-family properties at risk of removal from the affordable housing market, Prospera has created a pathway for residents to thrive.

Impact in the Community

In 2022, Prospera's Resident Services Department made a significant impact by assisting 764 low-income families with over $377,450 in rental and utility financial assistance, providing more than 65,000 meals, and offering educational support to over 330 youth residents.
