Our Story

Founded in 2000 by Ronna Jordan, Houses With Hope is dedicated to addressing the orphan crisis in Africa. Initially leading volunteer teams to assist orphanages, Ronna established the National Day of Care in 2003 to raise awareness about orphan care. In 2010, a partnership with Kenya Volunteers in Missions was formed, focusing on the needs of Western Kenya, which had been devastated by post-election violence. In 2014, the organization transitioned to Houses With Hope, with a mission to build homes for widows caring for orphans and assist disadvantaged families globally.

Our Impact

Houses With Hope provides critical support to victims of humanitarian crises by building homes, sponsoring schools, and offering medical care, significantly improving lives in Africa and the U.S.
