Founded in 2004, House Farm Workers! is dedicated to supporting affordable, safe, and stable housing for Ventura County farm workers and their families. This organization advocates for the needs of farm workers, who are critical to the agricultural industry in Ventura County, employing approximately 42,000 individuals.

Our Impact

Since 2004, House Farm Workers! and its partners have successfully advocated for the completion or planning of over 1,900 affordable housing units in Ventura County, significantly improving living conditions for farm worker families.
