Our Story

In the 1960s, Dr. Don and Charlotte Shedd were inspired by the hospice movement in London, leading to the establishment of Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo. Since 1978, this organization has evolved into a nationally recognized leader in hospice and palliative care, providing compassionate support to over 1,000 patients daily in Erie County.
