Founded in 1982, UpliftedCare has been a beacon of hope for terminally ill individuals and their families in the Kankakee area. As the only not-for-profit hospice in the region, it has dedicated over 40 years to providing compassionate physical, emotional, spiritual, and social support.

Each year, over 100 patients benefit from early hospice care, extending their time with loved ones by six months or more. This demonstrates the profound impact of UpliftedCare’s services on enhancing quality of life.
