Founded in 1979 by sisters Chris and Kathleen McNaboe, Horizons Programs was established to provide camping experiences for children with developmental disabilities. Over the years, the organization has evolved, expanding its services to include Supported Living, Supported Employment, and Educational Support Services. Today, Horizons serves over 1,800 individuals annually, focusing on their unique capacities rather than their disabilities.
