Our Story
Hope’s Place opened its doors on October 17, 1998, in Ashland, Kentucky, as a dedicated Children’s Advocacy Center. Born from a community task force focused on child sexual abuse, Hope’s Place has established strong partnerships among child protective services, law enforcement, and mental health professionals. This collaboration has led to the creation of a multi-disciplinary team that prioritizes the needs of victims, ensuring a comprehensive and compassionate response to sexual abuse cases.
