Our Story

Founded in 2008, Hope’s Legacy Equine Rescue has dedicated itself to rescuing and rehabilitating over 750 horses, ponies, mules, and donkeys. This foster-based rescue operates primarily in Virginia, taking in animals from Animal Control seizures and owners in need.
