Our Story

Hope's Chest, Inc. was founded in memory of a rescue dog named Hope. Inspired by her journey, Dr. Deanna Moseley Lawrence established this organization to support homeless animals. Initially focused on local shelters, Hope's Chest now provides financial assistance to board-approved animal rescue groups for essential veterinary care.

Our Impact

Since its inception in October 2013, Hope's Chest has positively impacted the lives of over 1,200 animals, enhancing the efforts of local rescue groups to save injured or sick homeless animals.
