Hope Totes was founded by Colleen Marchetta in response to her son Jackson's diagnosis with a rare autoimmune disease. The journey through medical treatments was overwhelming, leading Colleen to create a simple tote system to help organize essential medical information. In 2018, after helping a friend in need, the mission expanded to support others facing similar challenges.

Our Mission

Hope Totes aims to provide help, hope, organization, and support to patients and caregivers in Western New York during their most trying times. Each tote is thoughtfully designed to include a medical binder, a notebook for questions, and comforting items like blankets and slippers.
