In 2006, a dream became a reality when Ken Scroggs and his daughter, Kassidy, opened the doors to Hope Ranch Therapeutic Riding Center in Manhattan, Kansas. Starting in a rented facility, the program has flourished into a 30,000 sq. ft. indoor arena on 35 acres in Riley County. In 2018, Hope Ranch, Inc. expanded by purchasing the Daisy Hindman Girl Scout Camp in Topeka, Kansas, leading to the opening of Mission Creek Camp & Retreat Center in 2019 and the new riding center in 2020.
