Our Story

Founded in 2014 by Pastor Lawrence Bishop II, Hope Over Heroin emerged from the heroin overdose epidemic in Hamilton, Ohio. After a tragic week where 18 lives were lost, the organization held its first event, attracting 12,000 attendees and leading to numerous baptisms and conversions.
