Hope in Progress
EIN: 27-1965191 · Leesburg, FL
Our Story
Founded in 2010 by Reynolds and Beth Holiman, Hope in Progress emerged from a profound need witnessed in Haiti after the devastating earthquake. With a background in civil engineering, Reynolds dedicated his skills to developing safe drinking water solutions and sanitation systems. His training at Equip International equipped him with essential knowledge in water technologies, including filters, pumping, and well drilling.
Partnering with missionaries and local pastors, Hope in Progress provides technical assistance for water wells, schools, and agricultural projects. Beth, leveraging her teaching experience, engages with women and children through camps, Bible studies, and the establishment of micro-businesses. Since 2018, the organization has sponsored a nationwide Farming God's Way Trainer in Sierra Leone, promoting sustainable farming techniques that honor God.
Our Impact
Hope in Progress has successfully established four water wells across different villages, contributed to the construction of Christian schools, provided ongoing support for two Christian orphanages, and funded a medical clinic, significantly enhancing the quality of life in these communities.
