Founded in November 2014 by Jordan and Katie, Hope in Our City is dedicated to serving the Sun Valley neighborhood of Denver. With a focus on refugee families, the organization builds relationships through community engagement and develops programs that foster independence. Inspired by overseas ministry, the founders adapted their approach to meet the spiritual and educational needs of the local community, culminating in the establishment of Reign Christian Academy in 2023.
Since its inception, Hope in Our City has positively impacted over 300 households and 919 individuals, providing essential educational and community support. The organization has mobilized more than 600 volunteers, showcasing a significant commitment to uplifting the local community.
