Our Story

Hope House Foundation was founded by Dr. Lee Beth Lindquist, who was inspired by a dream to support women facing situational homelessness. Established in March 2005, the organization recognized a critical gap in temporary housing for women and children in the Lake Norman area. With a mission to provide a hand-up rather than a hand-out, Hope House has grown to offer essential supportive services that empower women to regain their independence.

Our Impact

At Hope House, women are welcomed into a safe environment where they can stay for up to six months while they work towards self-sufficiency. The organization serves as a catalyst for social change, helping families transform their lives and break the cycle of homelessness in Huntersville, North Carolina.
