Our Story

The Hope Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse, Inc. has been a beacon of support since 1968, initially focusing on counseling for alcoholics. Over the years, it has expanded its mission to address a wider range of substance use disorders, providing essential education, prevention, intervention, and referral services to the Kenosha community.
