Founded in 1984 by Mary Lou McNaney, HOPE Community Services began as a humble soup kitchen in response to hunger and homelessness in New Rochelle. Over the years, it has evolved into the largest emergency food program in Westchester County, dedicated to serving the community with dignity and respect.
