Our Story

Co-founded by sisters Capt. Lori Hall and Mary Ostien in 2009, Hooked On Hope is dedicated to serving breast cancer patients across the Tampa Bay area. The organization was born from a need for local funding programs to assist patients with essential living expenses during treatment. Combining Lori’s expertise as a professional fishing guide and event director with Mary’s background in oncology healthcare, Hooked On Hope provides vital support to those in need.
