Honor Flight of Southern Indiana

Our Story

Founded in 2015, Honor Flight of Southern Indiana is part of the Honor Flight Network, dedicated to honoring America’s veterans. Inspired by the documentary 'One Last Mission', this organization transports veterans from various counties in Indiana to Washington, D.C. to visit their memorials.

Impact

Since its inception, over 1308 veterans have been flown to their memorials, with 18 flights conducted since 2014. This initiative ensures that veterans who may face financial or physical barriers can experience the honor they deserve.
