Our Story

Founded in 1990, Homeward Pet Adoption Center believes that every adoptable animal deserves a safe, loving home. Starting with just 350 cats and 20 dogs in its first year, the organization has grown significantly, expanding its facilities and services to include a veterinary clinic and a low-cost spay/neuter program.

Impact

Homeward Pet has successfully facilitated thousands of adoptions, achieving a record of 1,934 adoptions in 2019 alone. The organization also offers vital services such as a pet food bank and behavior training programs, positively impacting both pets and their owners.
