About Homes of Hope

Homes of Hope (HoH) is a dedicated nonprofit organization that has been transforming the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Bloomington-Normal community for over 20 years. Founded in the early 1990s by a group of caring parents, HoH was born out of a deep concern for the future of their children. In 1995, the organization opened its first Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA), providing four individuals the opportunity to experience independence and a place to call home.

Our Impact

Today, Homes of Hope proudly supports 23 residents across five homes, offering a nurturing environment that promotes self-advocacy, community involvement, and personal growth. With 24-hour care from compassionate staff, residents are encouraged to pursue their goals and dreams while receiving essential services tailored to their unique needs.
