In 2019, a visit to Benjamin’s Hope inspired Kay Wood to fulfill a decade-old dream of creating a supportive community for adults with disabilities. Together with Sara and Brian Boven, who recognized the urgent need for housing opportunities, Homes Giving Hope was born on a 23-acre property in Rockford, Michigan.
Homes Giving Hope provides quality homes for adults with mild intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to live independently and engage with their community.
