About Homes First

Homes First is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on creating and maintaining safe, healthy, and affordable rental homes for low-income individuals and families in Washington State. Since 1990, it has developed over 90 living spaces across 60 properties, serving more than 300 residents annually in Thurston and Mason Counties.

Impact

Since its inception, Homes First has successfully housed over 5,000 people, providing them with stable and affordable homes. The organization continues to rely on community support to fulfill its mission.
