Our Story

Founded in 1993, the Homeownership Center Northwest emerged from a community-driven initiative in Tacoma's Hilltop neighborhood. A dedicated group of neighbors aimed to create affordable homeownership opportunities, stabilizing the area and empowering low- and moderate-income families.

Our Impact

Since inception, over 216 homes have been created, providing families with the chance to build generational wealth and stability. The Center supports potential homeowners at every stage, offering financial readiness education and first-time homebuyer counseling.
