Our Story
The Homeless Persons Representation Project began in 1987 to provide essential legal services to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. With a dedicated team of in-house attorneys and over 420 pro bono volunteers, HPRP fights for equal justice in Maryland.
