Home Restart began in 2015 as a grassroots initiative in Lowell, Massachusetts, aimed at assisting victims of homelessness. With the support of Streamline Communities, it evolved into a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2017, dedicated to providing essential social services, job placement assistance, and resources for sustainable living.
Since its inception, Home Restart has successfully transitioned 22 candidates into stable housing, offering them vital support in job placement, budgeting, and counseling.
