Our Story

Founded in 1997 by actress Holly Robinson Peete and former NFL quarterback Rodney Peete, the HollyRod Foundation was inspired by a personal journey. The foundation honors Holly’s father, Matthew T. Robinson Jr., who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease at 45, and addresses the challenges faced by families affected by autism, following the diagnosis of their son, RJ.
