Our Story
Founded in 1992, Hollenbeck Police Activities League emerged from a collaboration between the Hollenbeck Division of the Los Angeles Police Department and local residents. This initiative was born out of a need to provide sports activities for high-risk youth, addressing the rising juvenile crime rates in the area.
