Our Story

In 1912, Charles Hall transformed 160 acres of avocado groves into St. Petersburg's first suburb, Kenwood. After years of decline, revitalization efforts began in the 1990s, culminating in the neighborhood's listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
