Historic Augusta, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to the preservation of the historic built environment in Augusta and Richmond County, Georgia. Since its charter in 1965, it has engaged a community of approximately 1,500 members in safeguarding the region's architectural heritage.

Impacting the Community

Through various preservation projects, Historic Augusta has restored significant sites, including the Boyhood Home of President Woodrow Wilson, now a National Historic Landmark, and the Union Baptist Church, a vital piece of African American history.
